Carolina West Wireless of Boone and the Watauga Humane Society are pleased to announce their first collaborative pet adoption day to be held on Friday, June 22, 2012 from 11 am until 2 pm. This will be a wonderful opportunity for the community to come in and help out by offering up their arms and homes to a variety of amazing animals who will, in return, share an unparalleled measure of affection and companionship for years and years to come.
Carolina West will be hosting the event at their Watauga Village location on Blowing Rock Road across from Walmart, between Gamestop and Sweet Frog. As partner to the event and believers in the power of a sheltered animal's capacity for affection, the company will offer a few special promotions to those who sign up during the hours of this event. There will also be doggy banks on site for those who wish to simply make a monetary contribution to the Humane Society as well as refreshments in-store. Come for an afternoon of fun, fur and friends.
