Animal Compassion Network (ACN), one of the area's leading animal rescue organizations, will be holding its annual "Taste of Compassion" gala on November 8, 2012. The organization is currently recruiting sponsors, auction donors and volunteers for the event.
Event sponsors will receive major media attention, including logo inclusion in print media, Facebook and Twitter. Auction donors are asked to contribute one or more special items that highlight their unique business or artistic talent. Auction donors will have their items included in the event brochure and featured on ACN's website. This year's media sponsors are WLOS TV and Clear Channel Communications, who will cover the event.
"Taste of Compassion" will be a huge silent auction and gourmet wine-tasting. The event generally sells out each year, drawing hundreds of animal lovers who bid on items donated by local merchants and artists. Live music and gourmet food pairings highlight the evening's festivities.
