Greenville Humane Society invites all dog lovers to "Woofstock," one day of brews, bands, and barks, on Saturday, November 3 from 11 AM to 5 PM. Gates open at 10:30 AM and live music and beer sampling beings at 11 AM. Munchies will be available for sale throughout the day. Woofstock will be held at Watson Aviation Field, 65 Watson Aviation Road (off of Pleasantburg Drive) in Greenville, SC.
This dog-friendly festival will feature live bands (Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band, Sound Committee, and Tonight's Noise) along with dozens of regional craft beers produced by many fine local breweries. Mellow dogs on leashes are welcome (one dog per person). Coolers with unopened water/soda plastic bottles and cans, as well as unopened food items, are permitted, as are blankets, tarps, and lawn chairs. A photo ID is required to participate in the beer sampling.
