Pet First Aid Awareness Day - July 31, Hendersonville

Pet awareness day The American Red Cross is partnering with Henderson County Animals Services Center in holding a Pet First Aid Awareness Day on July 31 from 10 AM - 2 PM at the Center, located at 828 Stoney Mountain Road, Hendersonville.

The event will includes an adoption fair for the Center, along with Red Cross demonstrations of pet CPR and the importance of being prepared for emergencies with your pet. Pet First Aid Kits and other Red Cross materials will be available, as will discount coupons for the Pet First Aid class offered by the Henderson County Red Cross.

This is a great opportunity to adopt a pet, as well as learn more about how to keep your dog safe... but please do not bring your dog to the event.
