Buncombe County Residents with Pets Affected by COVID-19

Pandemic-5139204_1920In order to help pet owners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic keep their beloved pets, Asheville Humane Society is providing pet supplies for Buncombe County families experiencing financial hardship due to job loss or other effects of the current crisis.

Pet owners in need of assistance can leave a message on Asheville Humane Society’s Safety Net Helpline at (828) 761-2008 to request resources and get more information about the services that are currently available.

If you need help feeding your pet any time, below is a list of the local food pantries that distribute pet food provided by Asheville Humane Society Community Solutions Pet Food Assistance program.
