A new research study confirms what many dog owners already know: Dogs and cats can get along in the same household. In a survey of 1,270 dog/cat owners, 62.4 percent of respondents said their dogs and cats play together, and 68.5 percent said their dogs and cats sleep together at least occasionally. Most dogs and cats living together are playful with humans, according to 76.2 percent of respondents. Most cohabitations were reported as "peaceful." You can see the complete study here.
